Spatchcock chicken
Tonight was my first attempt at using the spatchcock technique (what a tag, right?) to cook a whole chicken. This method splits the chicken in half, making it easier to cook on the grill. The bird turned out great, and I'll be using this method again in the future, for sure. Give it a try!
